My Offerings

BOOK ARE CURRENTLY CLOSED

I am taking a temporary subbatical and time off work.

I deeply believe in the interconnectedness of our minds, bodies and energies, so I offer a unique approach to bodywork and massage.

Healing is a complex journey where body, posture and tissue are directly related to nervous system regulation and more subtle energy work. Over the years of working on myself, my immediate family and my beautiful clients, I concluded that the best way to approach health is to see humans for what they are: multifaceted, intricate beings deeply connected to the external environment and the psyche.

In my practice I am focusing on four main stages that woman might be a part of:

  • Preconception

  • Pregnancy

  • Postpartum

  • Loss

Preconception

EXHALE  session brings a sense of grounding and relaxation. Slow, deep, sweeping motions support the unwinding of the nervous system bringing us back into our body. This bodywork inspired by traditional Hawaiian Lomi Lomi and Devotional work from Body Whispering Institute.  This is a full body session, including the breast and stomach work. Ideal for tired, anxious souls or women who are just starting on their holistic journey.

Pressure: 3-4 out of 5

Main concerns: stress, pain, discomfort, issues sleeping.

In the DETOX  sessions we do  work on breath and diaphragm, large intestine, cupping and full body lymphatics.

Pressure 2 out of 5

Main concerns: stagnation, fluid retention, the contraception pill or any procedures/medications detox.

Pregnancy

Massage is done side lying.

RELAXATION sessions include a full body massage to help with any general tension and problems with sleep.  Great for those who would like to treat themselves.

Pressure 3 out of 5

PAIN RELIEF are longer sessions where we target specific issues and pain in the body via massage, cupping and MFR

Pressure 4 out of 5

Postpartum

THE WARMTH FULL BODY- the vital postpartum treatment.  As any mother would know holding a baby, breastfeeding and doing tasks after the birth can be very taxing on the body. These sessions specifically target the most common pains: neck, shoulders, breast, breath, arms, hands and belly. These sessions respect the postpartum period, which means warmth is preserved (heat packs, hot tailored herbal oils, herbal tea).

Full body massage for ultimate release of any stagnation or fatigue. Finishing with the rebozo wrap. Babies are welcomed to attend. Massage can be done in side lying position.
