PLEASE READ CAREFULLY Cancellation & Pre-Payment Policy All bookings must be prepaid to secure your session. This ensures that I can prepare fully for your treatment and offer availability to those on my waiting list. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable. I honour your time and energy, and ask the same in return — thank you for understanding. I deeply value the time and energy I dedicate to each session, from carefully preparing your treatment space to selecting the right tools for your needs. If you go into active labor, there will be no cancellation fee. However, if possible, please notify me as soon as you can so I can adjust my schedule accordingly.
