Energy Healing Session

Service Description

This is an immersive energy healing session where I will be working on your physical and energetic bodies. All the appointments are unique. In these sessions I often receive downloads/messages that I will be sharing with you at the end of our time together if desired. Who is this session good for: If you feel tired and weary without any particular reason, it might be a good time to work with your energetic body. Energy healing can help to elevate the feeling of being "stuck" and sluggish, as well as help with the physical ailments and pain/discomfort. The session will start with a foot bath and a brief discussion about your needs and wants before we start the treatment. I will be working with my hands on or just above the body, using flower essences when needed. Aftercare: In deeper sessions the shifts can be noticed for days. I advice to plan minimum activities on the day and have an early night.
