Cancellation Policy

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY Cancellation & Pre-Payment Policy All bookings must be prepaid to secure your session. This ensures that I can prepare fully for your treatment and offer availability to those on my waiting list. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable. I honour your time and energy, and ask the same in return — thank you for understanding. I deeply value the time and energy I dedicate to each session, from carefully preparing your treatment space to selecting the right tools for your needs. Thank you for understanding and respecting this policy so I can continue to offer the best care possible. For My Pregnant Clients: I completely understand that birth is unpredictable. If you go into active labor, there will be no cancellation fee. However, if possible, please notify me as soon as you can so I can adjust my schedule accordingly.
